Hello everyone, so today I have for you a Birthday Haul. I called this a Birthday Haul because some of the stuff I got was from my friends from my birthday meal on Friday night, but most of the stuff I bought with my birthday money and vouchers. I was very excited to write this blog post, as all the stuff I received and bought made me very happy. I actually bought quite a lot myself, but the thing that has made me happy is that I still have £72 left, which is awesome, because usually I spend it in one go. Lets just get started as their is quite a bit.
BIRTHDAY PRESENTS
So my 3 friends made me a basket of things, which I thought was really nice, and they put a bunch of little bits in there. The first few things were some bath products and there were these 2 lush bath products. I got Granny Takes A Dip, which I have been wanting to try for ages, and the Creamy Candy Bubble Bar. There was also this Possibility Vanilla Bubble Bath, which smells like milkshake, and this mango shower gel from the Body Shop.
The next two things were in packets, and there was a face mask, and it was a blue mud mask, which looks awesome! Then there was this Sanctuary Hair Butter, and you apply it to wet hair and it makes your hair really shiny. So I can't wait to use it!
The next thing they got me was this fridge magnet saying Cherish your Friends, and they know I love things like this. This is already up on my wall.
The next things in the nail polishes and candles. The nail polishes were the Barry M Quick Dry nail polishes, and I don't know the colours but they are my favourite ones out of all of them. There is a mint green, and a pastel purple. They are gorgoeus colours, and I have already tried the mint green one, and I applied 2 coats of it, and they take no time at all to dry. Their were also 2 Yankee Candles, and one was the scent Red Raspberry and Black Cherry.
The last thing in the basket was this 3 pair of pastel frilly socks, I live in frilly socks, and I needed some new ones, so I was very happy with these. I forgot to take a photo of these, so sorry. That is everything my friends got me!
MAKEUP
I got a £20 boots voucher, so I was very excited to buy some new makeup. I first bought this Barry M Dazzle Dust, and this is basically a pigment. I saw Becky Flight use this in one of her videos, and I really wanted to try it, and I have used it today, and its amazing, and you can apply as much as you want to make it more dramatic. Its a champagney peachy colour, and its perfect for Spring. This was £4.59.
The next thing I got is the Natural Collection Invisible Mascara, and I have run out of this. I use this for my brows, to set them. I didn't want an expensive one, I just needed something to set my brows. This is only £1.99.
L'oreal had a 3 for 2 deal, and I don't really buy much from L'oreal so I thought I would. I firstly bought the L'oreal Infallible 24 Hour Matte Foundation, and I have been wanting this for ages. All my foundations I own, are good, but I can only use a little bit, as it makes me look orange. When I used this it was literally my perfect shade, and it didn't make me look cakey or orange, so I know I will be repurchasing this. I think this was £7.99.
The next thing I got was the L'oreal Brow Artist Plumper, and this is so pigmented, and when I use this I don't even have to fill in my brows. There is so much product in this, and its only £5.99. This was the product I got for free.
The next and last thing I got was this L'oreal Colour Riche Lipstick in Juliannes Nude. This is a really pretty pink, and it tastes amazing, it tastes like refreshers. This was £6.99.
PRIMARK
I only went into Primark to get hair bands but I got a little more than expected. I first got some scrunchies, which is a necessity. They are £1.
I then got this pillow with a gorgeous pink peachy colour. It has white flamingos on it, and its really pretty. I love this pillow so much and it was only £4.
The next thing I got was a pair of sunglasses, and I needed to get some things ready for summer, to be prepared. So I got these ones, and they kind have a cat flick effect and thats what I wanted. They were only £1.50.
The last thing I got was a bikini, and this one had pineapples on it and it was really cute. The top was £4, and the bottoms were £3.
NEW LOOK
I got 2 things in New Look, and they were on the model in the shop, and they were really pretty. Its this thick but thin strappy top with crotchet type pattern along the bottom, and a floral kimono. I tried these on with black skinny jeans and booties, and I actually thought I looked alright. The kimono was £14.99 and the top was £9.99.
That is the end of the haul, I hope you enjoyed it, and I will see you soon!
Bye!x
